MarkFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. or any other third-party service providers.

MarkFlow is a desktop application designed to help users sync Markdown files to Notion workspaces. The Application provides:

• Markdown to Notion synchronization functionality
• File management and organization tools
• Sync history and progress tracking
• Configuration and settings management
• Premium features through subscription plans

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MarkFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as outlined in your purchase agreement
• Price changes with 30 days' notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MarkFlow.

8. Termination

You may stop using MarkFlow at any time by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate or suspend your access to MarkFlow if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use MarkFlow will cease immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MarkFlow will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
